2. Definitions

“Products” means refurbished watches sold by us.

“Services” means watch servicing, repairs, and maintenance carried out by us.

“Customer” / “you” means any individual or business purchasing Products or Services from us.

3. Refurbished Watches
3.1 All watches are refurbished, not new, unless explicitly stated. Condition details are described to the best of our ability.
3.2 We cannot guarantee the availability of original packaging, paperwork, or accessories unless specified.
3.3 Images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payment
4.1 Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT (if applicable).
4.2 Payment must be made in full before Products are dispatched or Services are carried out.
4.3 We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

5. Delivery
5.1 We deliver within the UK and internationally (where possible). Delivery costs are shown at checkout.
5.2 Estimated delivery times are provided but are not guaranteed.
5.3 Risk passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes only when full payment has been received.

6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 For online purchases, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your Product (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
6.2 Items must be returned in the same condition supplied. Return postage is at your cost unless the item is faulty or misdescribed.
6.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
6.4 Servicing/repair work is non-refundable once started, except where required by law.

7. Warranty
7.1 All refurbished watches come with a 6 month warranty covering mechanical defects only.
7.2 The warranty does not cover:

Accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear.

Water damage (unless the watch is specified as water resistant).

Batteries, straps, or cosmetic deterioration.
7.3 Any warranty claim must be submitted with proof of purchase.

8. Servicing & Repairs
8.1 We will provide an estimated cost before commencing any work. If further issues are discovered, we will contact you for approval.
8.2 Timeframes for servicing are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party suppliers or unforeseen issues.
8.3 Work carried out is guaranteed for [insert period, e.g. 6 months] against defects in workmanship.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or any liability which cannot be excluded under UK law.
